Welcome to Green Sova boutique hotel

Green Sova is a younger sister hotel of Grand Sova of the town of Ples, Ivanovo oblast.

Green Sova boutique hotel is situated in the town of Pereslavl-Zalessky, close to the Goritsky Dormition monastery, overseeing Lake Pleshcheyevo.

The hotel is lovely and intimate: the main building has just 8 rooms (their names and interior symbolize on of the popular animals). A separate Bear House with four sleeping rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests (a great choice for a family or a company of friends). Ground floor of the main building has the restaurant with a summer terrace with panoramic view of the monastery and the lake. Both the interior and the façade are predominately green, the color of harmony, tranquility and wisdom. This is the reason we have decided to call the hotel Green Sova (Owl).

The hotel has its own garden, producing fresh berries, vegetables and greens for the hotel restaurant.

The adult guests can visit the cellar of homemade liqueurs and appetizers, while the children are free to enjoy the kids’ room with all its attractions.

10 guarded parking spots are available for the guests. A ramp is available for guests on wheelchairs or with strollers.

You can watch movies, play boardgames or take books at the main building’s lounge – or just enjoy some quiet time there!
