Ресторан "Зелёная Сова"

A visit to our restaurant is much like visiting the Pereslavl-Zalessky itself – a quiet, cozy and heart-warming place.

The hotel restaurant has two halls, the outer one with a fireplace and a vista of Goritsky monastery seen through the panoramic windows.

All the recipes of dishes offered in Green Sova restaurant are invented by our cook staff. We are especially attentive with food presentation when creating our dishes. The hotel has its own garden, producing fresh berries, vegetables and greens for hotel restaurant, as well as a liquor cellar with Sova products. The cellar also keeps the preserves – minced mushrooms and eggplants, pickled mushroom, coltsfoot leaves and many other tasty discoveries.

The restaurant has specific menus for all four seasons, devised and changed yearly by the chef personally.

Guests on specific diets have an option to order individually made dishes, tailored to their dietary plans.

 

График работы: ежедневно.

Завтраки: 8.30 — 11.00, стоимость завтрака — 3 500 руб. на персону в сезон (май-сентябрь) и по меню с октября по апрель. Внимание! В случае полной загрузки отеля ресторан на завтраки принимает только постояльцев, поэтому, просьба бронировать завтрак по телефону.

11:00 — 13:00 — технический перерыв (это время крайне необходимо для нас, чтобы сделать заготовки и чистоту в ресторане).

После 13:00 ресторан работает по системе a la carte.

Обеды и ужины: 13.00 — 23.00. Последний заказ блюда в 21.30.
